Bill Myers of Communications Daily moderated the panel. Glenn Richards of the VON Coalition and Pillsbury Law joined me. While Glenn and I agree on most things, I still say if something looks, smells, and tastes like a telephone, it is a telephone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not that the discussion was timely, but Chairman Genachowski gave his presentation on USF and ICC reform just an hour before my presentation. Unfortunately, we were about 750 miles apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My presentation was an overview of the USF and ICC.
