Because even though it is nice to give commercial and academic entities the glory of supporting standards work, companies get sold or merge or change domain names and people move, which makes it harder to get IT support from a company you no longer are associated with. This is my site, so I can do what I want. That also means it will be woefully out of date and will NOT be a cool, Flash-enabled multimedia extravaganza. I<\/strong> used to check this site on my Blackberry, Treo, and early Android devices. I want it to be easy for you to navigate and see the results on such limited devices, too. In other words, I needed to eat my own dog food.
